Customer: Any professional or natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site covered by these general conditions.

Content: All elements constituting the information present on the Site, including texts – images – videos.

User: Any internet user connecting to and using the above-named site.

7. Management of Personal Data
The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the French Law of 21 June 2014 on confidence in the digital economy, the French Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
7.1 Personal Data Controllers
For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing on the Site, the data controller is: Royal Agency. Wanted Store is represented by Clément Baron, its legal representative.
As the data controller for the data it collects, Wanted Store undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. It is the Customer’s responsibility in particular to establish the purposes of their data processing operations, to provide prospects and customers with full information on the processing of their personal data from the point of collecting their consent, and to maintain a processing register that reflects reality.
Each time Wanted Store processes Personal Data, Wanted Store takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which Wanted Store processes it.
7.2 Purposes of the Data Collected
Wanted Store may process all or part of the data:
- to enable browsing on the Site and the management and traceability of the services and products ordered by the user: connection and usage data, billing, order history, etc.

7.4 Non-Disclosure of Personal Data

Nevertheless, Wanted Store remains free in its choice of technical and commercial subcontractors provided they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
Wanted Store undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular to ensure it is not communicated to unauthorised persons.
