What are the delivery times?

FREE from €25 of purchases (otherwise a fixed fee of €4.90)



How do I make a return?

You have the right to withdraw within a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the returns procedure. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Returns should be sent to France at the address of our logistics warehouse located in Normandy. The address will be provided in our returns form.

We offer free shipping from €25 of purchases on all Wanted Store items; however, return shipping costs remain your responsibility.



Do I need to pay customs and import duties?

Orders shipped to mainland France and European Union countries should not be subject to customs and import duties.

For more information on any applicable fees, we recommend you contact your local customs office. This will help you avoid any unpleasant surprises. 



I received an item that does not match my order, what should I do?

Before contacting us, check your order confirmation to see whether the product ordered is different from the one you received. If the item received is indeed different from what you ordered, please contact customer service by email.



I’m missing an item, what should I do?

To optimise delivery times and avoid unnecessary waiting, your order may be dispatched in multiple parcels. Check your order confirmation email. If all parcels have not arrived after 30 days, please contact customer service by email.



What should I do if a product has a manufacturing defect?

We do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered intact and as described. If you do receive a defective product, please contact us and we guarantee we will find a solution that works for you.



I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely. If this is the case, please contact us. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a full refund and return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us beforehand and consult our returns policy.

How do I place an order?

Our online shop is open 24/7, every day of the week. The ordering process is broken down into several steps: 

  1. Cart : check the contents of your order. At this stage you can modify quantities.
  2. Customer information : enter your personal details and delivery address.
  3. Shipping : choose your preferred delivery method from the available options.
  4. Payment : choose your preferred payment method from the available options. You can review the contents of your order.
  5. Order confirmation : to make sure your order has been successfully registered, you must reach this step. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order reference and tracking number.



What is the order processing time?

A complete order that is in stock is processed within an average of 24 hours.

Orders are prepared Monday to Saturday, when all items are available in stock. In the event of an item being unavailable, your order will be prepared as soon as it is received. Our items are dispatched from several fulfilment centres. As a result, it is possible that you receive your order in multiple parcels



Where are you located?

We are a French company. Our registered office and logistics warehouse are located in Normandy, France.

 


How do I cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have 1 hour to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. Beyond this time limit, no cancellation or modification can be guaranteed, as orders will already have been processed.



I’ve placed my order but haven’t yet received a confirmation email.

First of all, check that you haven’t received this email in your spam or junk mail folder. If you can’t find it, don’t panic — contact our customer service team and we will help you! (In the majority of cases, this is due to a typo in your email address when placing the order.)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: 

– Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, CB, Mastercard …).

My card payment is declined, what should I do?

First, check that your card’s expiry date has not passed. If your bank transaction is declined, it may be due to exceeding your authorised spending limit, or a two-factor authentication error with your bank. To check this, we recommend you try again and verify the limit on your bank’s app.

If the problem persists, you can also pay for your order with a different card or via another payment method (PayPal).



When is my card charged?

If your payment is authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email and the amount due will be debited within 24 hours.

If your card is not authorised, it will not be charged. This is a rejection by the bank — in this case, please use a different card or make your payment via PayPal.



Is the data I submit kept confidential?

Our website is hosted by O2Switch and we hold an SSL security certificate. All information relating to pages, content, credit cards and transactions is therefore protected by the same level of security used by banks. For more information on this subject, please consult our legal notices.



What currency is used on your website?

All our prices are listed in Euros (€).

What are your guarantees?

By shopping at Wanted Store, you benefit from our Satisfaction Guarantee. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days to notify us and obtain a refund. If your item is defective, we will find a solution that works for you (free exchange, unique promotional code). For more information, contact us and consult our Returns Policy. Nobody wants to regret a purchase, especially one made online. We value customer feedback and do our utmost to ensure your purchases go smoothly.



What are your customer service hours?

Our After-Sales Service is reachable Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, by email or on Instagram.



I have a problem with my product, what should I do?
