My poster arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Here is the procedure for a free replacement:
- Take a photo of the parcel (exterior)
- Take a photo of the damaged poster
- Note your order number
- Send everything to contact@wanted-store.fr
Once validated, we will send you a replacement poster at no extra cost. No return required on your end.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the response time?
We process the majority of emails within 24 to 48 business hours. Urgent questions related to active orders are given priority.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping zone. You can find details on the framing guide page or in the conditions displayed at the time of ordering.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If the order has not yet been shipped, yes — contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, no modifications can be made.
Do you offer custom-made posters?
Not at the moment, but our catalogue is regularly expanding. If you would like to see a character that is not yet available, write to us — we take suggestions into account for new arrivals.
