FREE from €25 of purchases (otherwise a flat fee of €2.90)



How do I make a return?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the return procedure. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Returns must be sent to France, to our logistics warehouse located in Normandy. The address will be provided to you in our return form.

We offer free shipping from €25 of purchases on all Wanted Store items; however, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.



Do I need to pay customs duties and import fees?

Orders destined for metropolitan France and countries within the European Union should not be subject to customs duties and import fees.

For more information about any potential charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office. This will help you avoid any unpleasant surprises. 



I received an item that does not match my order, what should I do?

Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to see whether the product you ordered is different from the one you received. If the item received is indeed different from what you ordered, please contact customer support by email.



An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

In order to optimise delivery times and to avoid unnecessary waiting, it is possible that your order may be dispatched in several parcels. Please check your order confirmation email. If not all parcels have arrived after 30 days, please contact customer support by email.



What should I do if a product has a manufacturing defect?

We do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered intact and as described. If you do receive a defective item, please contact us and we guarantee we will find a satisfactory solution for you.



I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely. If this is the case, please contact us. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a full refund and return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us first and consult our return policy.
